Punjab & Sind Bank invites applications for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) across India in Junior Management Grade Scale – I from qualified candidates who have taken the Common Written Examination for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in Sep/Nov.2011 and have a valid score card issued by IBPS.
Application Fee - Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD.
Rs.200/- for others.
Pay Scale - Rs. 14500- Rs. 25700

Opening date of Online Applications – 24.04.2012
Closing date of Online Applications - 10.05.2012
Interview Date – To be informed later. Out of 100 marks, candidates have to obtain 40% marks to qualify for the interview (35% for SC/ST/OBS)
Age Limit -within 21-30years as on 01.07.2011
Educational Qualifications- as on 01.07.2011
Graduate- any discipline-55%-
Graduate- any discipline-50%- for SC/ST/PWD.
IBPS score required- No minimum IBPS scorecard is required.
Working knowledge of Computers is preferred.
Selection Procedure: IBPS-CWE score + Interview
Probation period – 2years
Fill Service Bond – Selected candidates will have to sign a service bond where he/she can’t leave the bank for 3 years. Also provide one surety in the specified proforma. If any candidate resigns before the time period of 3 years, they will habe to pay the bank Rs. 50,000 to the bank.
