United Bank Recruitment of Clerks Cadre - 751 Vacancies

United Bank of India Clerk Recruitment 2012 started on 8th June. United Bank(unitedbankofindia.com), one of the leading Public Sector Bank, set up in 1969 with head office in Kolkata, has started its recruitment process for filling up 751 vacant posts in Clerical personnel Grade for the year 2012-2013.

United Bank of India invites applications for Interview from the candidates who have qualified the common written examination for clerical positions conducted by the Institute for Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) in the months of November/December 2011.

United Bank of India Clerk recruitment 2012 Important Dates

Opening date of Online Registration - 08.06.2012

Last date of Online Registration - 22.06.2012

Application Fee – Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/ExS, Rs.100/- for Others.

Probation Period – 6 Months

Interview – Out of the 100 marks, you need to score at least 40 marks, 35 for SC/ST. Need to possess proficiency of the official language of the state/UT. Interview date to be intimated later.

Age Limit –As same with other banks, the age limit is within 18-28years as on 01.08.2011(relaxation apply for SC/ST/PWD)

Educational Qualifications- as on 01.08.2011

60% in 12^th or Graduate in any discipline.

Computer Knowledge – Candidates should have done a certificate course in computers. Not mandatory for those who studied computer subject in school or degree level.

Cut Off Marks

Selection Process – IBPS Exam performance along with Personal Interview counts. After that a merit list will be prepared.

Call Letters – Intimation for downloading Call letters will be sent by United Bank of India to the email registered when applying online. Candidates need to download Call letters from the United Bank of India’s website for the interview.
