IBPS Common Written Examination (CWE) for Recruitment in Clerical Cadre
in 20 Public Sector Banks – 2012-2013
After conducting the IBPS CWE Clerk Exam and IBPS CWE PO Exam and
announcing the results for the both, it’s time IBPS has moved on to conducting
of 2nd IBPS Clerk CWE Exam. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection
(IBPS) is conducting 2nd Common Written Examination (CWE) for
Recruitment of Clerks in December 2012. The details are given below-
Age Limit – 20-28 Years as on 1-10-2012
Participating Banks
Allahabad Bank, Indian Bank, Andhra Bank, Indian
Overseas Bank, Bank of Baroda, India, Maharashtra, Punjab &
Sind Bank, Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank, Central Bank
of India, UCO Bank, Corporation
Bank, Union Bank of India, India,
Previously, there were 19 Public Sector Banks and now the list
includes the name of IDBI Bank as the new bank, making the list count to 20.
Educational Qualifications -
Degree
in any discipline, Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is
mandatory, Proficiency in the Official Language of the State.

Penalty For Wrong Answers
For
each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one
fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as
penalty to arrive at corrected score.
HOW TO APPLY
Candidates
can apply online only from 15.10.2012 to 05.11.2012 and no other mode of
application will be accepted.
