Eligibility Qualification - 8^th standard pass from a school recognized by Government.  The candidate must be able to read and write local language and English

Age - 18 to 26 years (Relaxation to SC/ST or other category as per instructions issued by Central Government) as on 30.09.2012. Relaxation of age apply.

Mode of selection - The selection of the candidates shall be made by the Selection Committee on the basis of interview.  The committee shall recommend to the Board the candidates selected by it for recruitment.
