Haryana Gramin Bank (hgb.co.in), has started its recruitment process for filling up 345 Vacancies in Officer Management Grade. Haryana Gramin Bank invites applications from candidates who have appeared and qualified in the IBPS held CWE for RRBs in September 2012. The vacancies exists for the posts of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale-II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale-I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

Probation - 2 Years for Officer Scale-I to III & 1 Year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

For Officer Scale- III Below 40 years
For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years
For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years - Below 28 years
For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years

Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in September 2012 should have obtained 95 and above (19 and above for each test) as Cutoffs on Total Weighted Standard Score for the post of Office Assistant. For the post of Officer Scale-I, Cutoffs on Total Weighted Standard Score should be 103 & above.  For the post of Officer Scale-II(GBO) and Officer Scale-III, Cutoffs on Total Weighted Standard Score should be 114 & above. For the post of Officer Scale-II(CA and Trasury Manager), Cutoffs on Total Weighted Standard Score should be 122 & above. Relaxations apply for SC/ST/SC-PWD/ST-PWD.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the IBPS CWE RRBs examination as well as Personal Interview. Based on that a merit list will be prepared.

Interview - The total marks for Interview will be 30 out of total 100 marks allotted for written test & Interview. The interview would be conducted at Rohtak, Haryana. Call letters for the interview will be mailed at the post address of the candidates.

Application Fee – Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD, Rs.100/- for all others
